Описание приготовления:
Такую заготовку можно добавлять в суп, особенно в борщи, или в гарниры. По вкусу она очень напоминает мангольд. Хранить такую заготовку лучше всего в сухом, темном и холодном месте. Раскладывать лучше в небольшие баночки на 1-2 применения.

Вода — 500 Миллилитров
Сахар — 1.5 Ст. ложки
Соль — 1/2 Ст. ложки
Уксус яблочный — 38 Грамм
Лавровый лист — 1 Штука
Перец черный — 4 Штуки

Как приготовить «Свекольная ботва на зиму»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления свекольной ботвы на зиму. Листья свеклы переберите, удаляя грязные, вялые и испорченные. Вымойте их и обсушите.
Банки тщательно вымойте в горячей воде с пищевой содой, крышки прокипятите. Простерилизуйте банки любым удобным способом, я сделала это в микроволновой печке.
Свекольную ботву порежьте на кусочки по вашему желанию. Я порезала мелко.
