Кофе «Кон лече»

Кофе "Кон лече" — это испанский кофейный напиток. Черный кофе с молоком и корицей. Горячее молоко вливается в уже сваренный крепкий кофе, а количество молока регулируется на свой вкус.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить кофе "Кон лече". Кофе можно использовать быстрорастворимый, если хотите сократить время приготовления. Корицу можно добавить сразу, при варке кофе. Молоко можно взять растительное, например, миндальное или кокосовое, если хотите сделать вкус напитка интереснее. Такой напиток получается очень вкусным и ароматным!

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Заварите крепкий эспрессо любым удобным для вас способом. Я варю в турке. В конце добавьте щепотку корицы и перемешайте.

Молоко доведите почти до кипения, перелейте в кувшин или молочник. Немного взбейте молоко по желанию.

Налейте в чашку кофе.

Влейте подогретое молоко в кружку. Добавьте сахар по вкусу.
