Ароматный и вкусный картофель со сметаной, приправленный свежей зеленью — лучший гарнир для любого мясного блюда на обед или ужин. По желанию можно использовать зеленый лук для пикантного вкуса.
Описание приготовления:
Простой в приготовлении, но очень вкусный и сочный гарнир можно приготовить из картофеля и сметаны любой жирности. Лучше всего использовать домашний молочный продукт — он более жирный питательный, нежели покупной магазинный. Если любите более жирные гарниры, то вмешайте еще и сливочное масло либо смалец.

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Сметану лучше всего использовать домашнюю, но можно и магазинную любой жирности.
Картофель очистите от кожуры и промойте в воде, выложите в кастрюлю и залейте горячей водой так, чтобы она полностью покрыла клубни. Всыпьте соль и поместите емкость на плиту. Доведите до кипения и отварите в течение 25 минут на умеренном нагреве.
Как только картофель станет мягким и будет протыкаться ножом — он готов. Выключите нагрев и слейте всю жидкость.
Промойте свежую зелень и измельчите, добавьте вместе со сметаной любой жирности в емкость с отварным картофелем. Если сметана не жирная, то дополнительно добавьте в емкость кусочек сливочного масла.
Накройте емкость крышкой и потрусите емкость, чтобы сметана и зелень равномерно распределились по отваренным клубням.
Выложите приготовленное блюдо на тарелку и подайте к столу горячим. Источник
