Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить карамелизированные овощи в сковороде. Из овощей также можно взять свежую стручковую фасоль, цукини или лук-порей. Перед подачей в блюдо можно добавить мелко порубленный зеленый базилик для аромата. Есть такие овощи можно, как самостоятельную закуску, либо добавить в салат, пиццу или брускетту. Получается очень вкусно!

Морковь — 1 Штука

Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Красный винный уксус — 1 Ст. ложка

Как приготовить «Карамелизированные овощи в сковороде»
Красный лук разрежьте пополам, затем нарежьте полукольцами. Перец нарежьте полосками средней толщины, морковь ломтиками среднего размера или соломкой.
Разогрейте сковороду на среднем огне. Добавьте сахар, дождитесь, пока он расплавится, затем влейте масло.
Добавьте овощи в сковороду, хорошенько перемешайте. Приправьте солью и черным молотым перцем.
Дождитесь, когда овощи начнут менять свой цвет от термической обработки, затем влейте красный винный уксус. Перемешайте и оставьте овощи потомиться еще 2-3 минуты.
