Киш — открытый пирог из песочного теста с заливкой. Предлагаю приготовить вкусный, нежный и сытный киш. Такой пирог — это отличная замена хлебу с любым первым блюдом или бульоном.
Описание приготовления:
Киш или Лотарингский пирог когда-то давно готовили из остатков хлеба и других продуктов. После того, как французские кулинары его значительно улучшили, он стал считаться французским блюдом. Готовится киш очень просто. Его смело можно отнести к разряду быстрой домашней выпечки.

Ингредиенты:
Масло сливочное — 100 Грамм
Мука пшеничная — 200 Грамм
Яйцо куриное — 3 Штуки (1 шт. — в тесто, 2 шт. — в заливку)
Молоко — 150 Миллилитров
Брокколи — 150 Грамм
Шпинат — 20 Грамм
Ветчина — 100 Грамм
Сыр твердый — 50 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Киш с брокколи и шпинатом»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления киша с брокколи и шпинатом.
Мягкое сливочное масло выложите в миску.
Добавьте яйцо.
Хорошо перемешайте вилкой. Однородности добиваться не обязательно.
Замесите тесто, не липнущее к рукам. Уберите в холодильник на 10-15 минут.
Раскатайте тесто немного больше диаметра формы. У меня он 20 сантиметров. Выложите его в форму так, чтобы образовался бортик. Наколите тесто вилкой.
Если у вас свежая брокколи, то разберите её на соцветия и отварите в воде до мягкости. Охладите и нарежьте. Мороженную — разморозьте, помойте и нарежьте. Ветчину нарежьте мелким кубиком. Выложите ветчину и брокколи на тесто.
Взболтайте яйца с молоком и посолите по вкусу.
Добавьте тёртый сыр.
Готовой заливкой заполните тесто с брокколи и ветчиной. Свежий шпинат нарежьте мелко и добавьте в киш, а мороженый разморозьте и равномерно разложите по всей поверхности.
Выпекайте киш в духовке, разогретой до 175-180 градусов в течение 30-35 минут.
Ароматный, нежный киш с брокколи и шпинатом готов. Можно подать к столу и в горячем, и в холодном виде. Источник
