Шашлык из рыбы с яблоками

Сочный рыбный шашлык можно приготовить и в домашних условиях. Если вы выбираете нежирную рыбу, то замаринуйте ее в майонезе, а жирную — в смеси лимонного сока и различных приправ, специй, пряностей.

Перец черный молотый — 3-4 Щепоток

Как приготовить «Шашлык из рыбы с яблоками»

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Яблоки используйте кисло-сладких сортов, но не сладкие. Рыбу лучше всего приобретать жирную: скумбрию, форель, но можно и хека, морского окуня, тилапию. Я буду использовать хек.

Хека очистите от чешуи и внутренностей, промойте в воде и нарежьте порционными кусочками. Очистите от кожуры морковь и лук, промойте. Морковь нарежьте крупными кружочками. Выложите нарезку рыбы и моркови в миску или салатник.

Яблоки разрежьте на четыре части, срежьте семенные блоки и промойте в воде. Нарежьте средними кубиками. Лук нарежьте кольцами и выложите вместе с яблочной нарезкой в емкость к рыбе.

Добавьте майонез любой жирности, соль и молотый черный перец. По желанию можете всыпать и другие приправы, специи. Аккуратно перемешайте все и оставьте минимум на 30 минут в покое.

Нанизайте поочередно все нарезки на деревянные или металлические шампуры, шпажки.

Разогрейте духовку до 200 градусов и запеките в ней рыбный шашлык примерно 15-20 минут. Если готовите на мангале или гриле, то вам потребуется 7-8 минут жарки.

Выложите шашлык на тарелку, украсьте свежей зеленью и подайте с соусом.
