Киви в карамели

Делюсь рецептом интересного десерта из киви. Готовится он быстро и просто. Кислый вкус киви гармонично сочетается со сладостью карамели. Получается очень вкусно!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить киви в карамели. Киви лучше брать более плотные и твердые. Если киви спелые, то предварительно промокните их бумажными полотенцами от сока.

Киви — 2 Штуки
Сахар — 150 Грамм
Вода — 50 Миллилитров

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

В кастрюлю с толстым дном насыпьте сахар и влейте воду. Нагрейте на медленном огне.

Когда сахар полностью растворится, увеличьте температуру и доведите до кипения. Проварите сахарный сироп 8-10 минут до загустения. Не перемешивайте.

Киви очистите от кожуры. Нарежьте кружочками толщиной 1,5-2 см.

Снимите с плиты кастрюлю. Обмакните киви в карамель. Выложите на пищевую пленку смазанную растительным маслом. Дайте застыть.
