Клюквенное варенье с айвой и имбирем, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

клюква 350 гр
айва 100 гр
имбирь 2-3 см
сахар 450 гр

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Подготовить ягоды и фрукты. Клюква у меня замороженная.

Айву очистить от семян и кожицы. Нарезать на небольшие кубики. Количество имбиря зависит от ваших желаний, я взяла кусочек размером с фалангу большого пальца (2,5–3 см). Имбирь очистить от шкурки и мелко-мелко нарезать.

Шаг 3

В чашу хлебопечи выкладывать, согласно инструкции, несколькими слоями ягоды и сахар. Включить технику в сеть и выбрать в меню нужную программу, а дальше хлебопечь сделает все сама.
Можно сварить на плите, время приготовления зависит от желаемой густоты варенья и мягкости айвы (примерно 1 час).

Шаг 4

Когда прозвучит сигнал, отключите хлебопечь от сети и с осторожностью вытащите форму. Разложить варенье по банкам и лакомиться им по желанию. Приятного аппетита!

Хозяйке на заметку

Вместо айвы можно взять яблоки.
