Описание приготовления:
Румяные котлеты очень легко приготовить в домашних условиях! Добавьте в них свеклу и удивите уникальным блюдом своих родных, друзей. Не забудьте и про гарнир: картофельное пюре, каши, макароны и просто салаты из свежих или квашеных овощей.

Фарш свино-говяжий — 400 Грамм
Свекла отварная — 60 Грамм
Яйцо куриное — 1 Штука
Мука пшеничная — 3 Ст. ложки
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 2 Щепотки
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Лук репчатый — 1/4 Штуки
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Красные котлеты»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Свеклу заранее отварите или запеките, либо используйте небольшую часть, оставшуюся от обеда, ужина.
Мясной фарш любого сорта выложите в глубокую емкость. Туда же натрите на терке с мелкими ячейками четверть лука и отварную свеклу, отжав ее от сока.
Вбейте туда же куриное яйцо, всыпьте соль и молотый черный перец. По желанию можно использовать любые другие пряности, приправы, специи.
Тщательно все перемешайте, добавив 1 ст.л. пшеничной муки. Оставьте фарш на полчаса в покое, чтобы он окрасился в красный цвет и пропитался ароматами специй, луком.
Оставшуюся муку высыпьте на тарелку или блюдце. Смочите руки в воде и сформируйте из фарша округлые заготовки котлет. Обпанируйте их со всех сторон в муке.
Прогрейте в сковороде растительное масло и обжарьте в нем котлеты по 2-4 минуты с каждой стороны на умеренном нагреве. При жарке на другой стороне накройте сковороду крышкой, чтобы котлеты пропарились и внутри.
Подайте вкусные красные котлеты к столу горячими с любым гарниром. Источник
