Крылышки тушеные с капустой — простое и очень вкусное блюдо для семейного обеда или ужина. Приготовить его очень просто, к тому же блюдо всесезонное, можно готовить и из свежей капусты, и из квашеной.

Крылышки тушеные с капустой приготовить очень просто, проще не бывает, получается сразу и основное блюдо и гарнир, что очень удобно. Можно готовить как со свежей капустой, как в данном рецепте, так и с квашеной. При желании можно добавить в капусту немного томатной пасты или тмина. Вариантов разнообразить это блюдо много. Этот рецепт базовый, следуйте ему, добавляйте другие ингредиенты, получится вкусно.

Горячие блюда
Влейте на сковороду 2 ст.ложки растительного масла, выложите лук и морковь.
Обжарьте лук и морковь до золотистого цвета.
Добавьте нашинкованную капусту, подсолите, накройте крышкой, потушите примерно 10 минут.
Переложите обжаренную капусту в форму для запекания.
Промойте и просушите бумажным полотенцем куриные крылышки, подсолите и поперчите.
Разогрейте сковороду, в которой жарилась капуста, добавьте еще пару столовых ложек растительного масла, выложите крылышки и слегка обжарьте их до легкого золотистого цвета.
Переложите обжаренные крылышки поверх капусты в форму для запекания.
Продолжите тушить капусту с крылышками в духовке при температуре 180 градусов еще примерно 40-45 минут.
