Описание приготовления:

Такой рулет прекрасно подойдет для праздничного стола. Если у вас нет опыта разделки целой курицы, можно взять окорочка. Рулетики получатся меньше, времени понадобится примерно 1.5-2 часа. В рулеты можно добавлять любые специи, чернослив, курагу, имбирь или просто зелень.
