Шинкуем овощи и нарезаем мясо полосками

Вытягиваем тесто и снова смазываем маслом и оставляем на 15 мин.

Наматываем тесто на руки и тянем, выбивая о стол

Отвариваем в кипящей воде 5мин.

Промываем холодной водой и смазываем маслом

Обжариваем мясо, добавляем лук, и через 5 мин., остальные овощи

Добавляем специи, соль, воду и тушим до готовности

Кладем лапшу, сверху подливу и посыпаем кинзой
