Хочу поделиться рецептом оригинального супа из огурца и дыни. На первый взгляд такое сочетание может показаться совершенно невозможным, но поверьте — это стоит попробовать!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить холодный суп из огурца и дыни. Перед приготовлением обязательно хорошо охладите все ингредиенты. Дыню лучше брать сладких сортов, в идеале «Канталупу». Вместо нежирной сметаны можно использовать греческий йогурт. Суп подается охлажденным, идеально подходит для летнего времени года. Вкус получается освежающий, легкий и очень приятный.

Огурцы — 200 Грамм
Дыня — 200 Грамм

Тимьян — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Сметана — 75 Грамм (низкой жирности)
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 15 Миллилитров

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Дыню очистите от кожуры, удалите семечки и нарежьте кубиками.

Огурец тоже очистите от кожуры, нарежьте ломтиками.

Измельчите все ингредиенты в блендере до однородной консистенции.

Добавьте соль и перец по вкусу, снова измельчите.
