В летний сезон не забудьте заготовить вкусную консервацию из помидоров. Она недаром получила такое название, так как получается сочной, пикантной и островатой на вкус, точно как тещины слова!
Описание приготовления:
Расчет ингредиентов указан на две емкости 500 и 700 мл. Сочный салат из помидоров идеален для подачи с картофельным пюре, запеченным мясом, шашлыком, птицей, субпродуктами. Он вкусен и просто в холодном виде с хлебом, лавашом и т.д.

Помидоры — 1 Килограмм
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки (крупный)
Чеснок — 5-6 Зубчиков
Соль — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Уксус 6% — 40 Миллилитров
Петрушка — 1 Пучок
Перец черный молотый — 3 Щепотки
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Помидоры "Тещин язык" на зиму»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Если любите консервацию более горькую на вкус, то добавьте к продуктам 1 небольшой перец чили.
Промойте помидоры в воде и вырежьте из них зеленые сердцевинки. Нарежьте крупными ломтиками в глубокую емкость.
Промойте и измельчите петрушку. Половину крупного репчатого лука нарежьте полукольцами и добавьте в емкость вместе с петрушкой.
Очистите зубчики чеснока и пропустите через пресс. Всыпьте соль и молотый черный перец.
Влейте уксус и растительное масло. Аккуратно перемешайте все нарезки и переместите в казан или кастрюлю с антипригарным дном. Оставьте на 30 минут для выделения сока.
Затем поместите емкость на плиту и потушите примерно 20-25 минут. Следите за тем, чтобы помидоры не потеряли форму.
Ошпарьте банки и крышки кипятком, выложите в них приготовленный салат.
Сразу же закрутите крышками по резьбе или с помощью консервационного ключа. Остудите при комнатной температуре и после перенесите в кладовую до зимы. Источник
