Нежный сыр риккота отлично сочетается с кабачком и делает оладьи очень вкусными. Мне нравится в таком варианте добавление зеленого лука и сухого чеснока, именно эти два компонента хорошо сочетаются между собой. Подавать оладьи к столу можно со сметаной или с любыми другими соусами на ваш вкус.
