Описание приготовления:
Для того, чтобы приготовить луковые улитки, понадобится мука, молоко, дрожжи, сахар, растительное масло, соль и репчатый лук. Нельзя сказать, что процесс приготовления таких булочек очень простой, поэтому нужно будет приложить усилия и потратить немало времени. Пока тесто будет подниматься, нужно будет обжарить лук, чтобы перед тем, как формировать булочки он был полностью остывшим. Луковые улитки получаются невероятно воздушные, вкусные, сытные, а какой у них аромат — это просто не передать словами. Если вы хотите порадовать своих близких домашней выпечкой, то обязательно приготовьте такие булочки.

Мука пшеничная — 500 Грамм
Молоко — 300 Миллилитров
Сахар — 50 Грамм
Дрожжи — 1 Ст. ложка
Растительное масло — 1 Чайная ложка
Соль — 2 Щепотки
Лук репчатый — 5 Штук
Сливочное масло — 30 Грамм
Количество порций: 5-7
Как приготовить «Луковые улитки»
Для приготовления луковых улиток подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты.
В глубокую емкость вылейте подогретое молоко. Молоко не должно быть горячим, иначе дрожжи не поднимутся.
В молоко засыпьте сахар, дрожжи, 3 столовые ложки муки и аккуратно перемешайте. Уберите емкость в теплое место на 20-25 минут, чтобы дрожжи поднялись.
После того, как опара поднимется, добавьте соль, масло и небольшими порциями просейте оставшуюся муку.
Замесите тесто, чтобы оно было равномерным и уберите его в теплое место на 2 часа.
Тесто осадите и переложите на стол, предварительно посыпав его мукой.
Разделите тесто на несколько частей. Возьмите одну часть теста и тонко раскатайте его в прямоугольный пласт.
Сверху теста выложите лук, обжаренный на сливочном масле.
Сверните тесто рулетом и нарежьте на кусочки шириной 3 см. Выложите их на противень и оставьте на 20 минут, чтобы тесто поднялось. Смажьте булочки яйцом и отправьте в предварительно разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 30 минут.
