Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить маринованную соевую спаржу. По желанию в маринад можно добавить усилитель вкуса. Количество острого перца регулируйте на свой вкус. Морковь и лук добавляется опционально. Соевые продукты содержат много белка с хорошим аминокислотным профилем. Подавать маринованную соевую спаржу можно и как самостоятельную закуску или добавлять в салаты.

Спаржа соевая — 130 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки
Морковь — 1/2 Штуки
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Уксус 9% — 1,5 Ст. ложки
Соль — 1 Чайная ложка
Сахар коричневый — 1 Чайная ложка
Перец черный молотый — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Красный молотый перец — 1/3 Чайных ложки

Как приготовить «Маринованная соевая спаржа»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Сухую соевую спаржу залейте горячей водой, оставьте на 2-3 часа.
Откиньте спаржу на сито, дайте стечь жидкости. Ее потом не сливайте, а отложите в сторону.
Спаржу нарежьте на кусочки среднего размера.
Морковь очистите, натрите на терке для моркови по-корейски. Лук нарежьте полукольцами.
Для маринада смешайте уксус с солью, растительным маслом, сахаром, черным и острым перцем. Добавьте измельченный чеснок. Перемешайте.
В глубокой миске соедините соевую спаржу, морковь и репчатый лук. Перемешайте.
Влейте маринад, еще раз перемешайте. Залейте спаржу водой, в которой она замачивалась. Сверху прикройте миской, поставьте груз. Уберите в холодильник мариноваться на 1 день.
