Расчет ингредиентов указан на емкость 500 мл. Вы можете смело фантазировать и миксовать при консервации овощи с ягодами, например, огурцы с виноградом. Такое сочетание получится вкусным и сочным. Огурцы приобретут легкую сладость и аромат винограда, а сам виноград — легкую кислинку.
Огурцы промойте в воде и выложите в промытую чистую банку. Ягоды снимите с кистей и тоже промойте. Всыпьте в емкость между огурцами.
Вскипятите воду в чайнике и залейте ее в банку до верха. Накройте банку крышкой, но не закатывайте и пропарьте все 10 минут.
В ковш или кастрюлю всыпьте соль, горошины черного перца и гвоздику.
Слейте воду из банки в ковш и добавьте еще 50 мл. кипятка, чтобы маринада хватило. Поместите емкость на плиту и доведите до кипения. Затем нагрев выключите и влейте уксус, аккуратно все размешайте.
Очистите зубчики чеснока и нарежьте слайсами. Добавьте их в банку и залейте маринадом.
Сразу же закрутите крышку на банке или законсервируйте ее с помощью специального ключа. Остудите при комнатной температуре и перенесите в прохладное место на хранение.
