Творог 200 Граммов
Мандарины 4 Штуки
Желатин 10 Граммов
сок с мякотью 200 Миллилитров

Как приготовить:

  1. У 4 яиц отделить белки и желтки. Смешать желтки, размягченное масло, сметану, сахар (1 стакан), ванилин и взбить блендером

  2. Смешать муку с разрыхлителем и постепенно добавлять в массу, замешивая тесто. Тесто получится легкое, липнущее к рукам

  3. Творог перемешать с яйцом и сахаром (1 стакан)

  4. Белки взбить с сахаром (1 стакан)

  5. Тесто раскатать на смазанную сливочным маслом разъемную форму, делая небольшие бортики по краям. На тесто выложить сначала творожную начинку, разровнять, а сверху взбитые белки, разровнять

  6. Выпекать 30-40 мин. при 200 °С. Вынуть из духовки и дать остыть

  7. Смешать быстрорастворимый желатин с соком (я использую детский сок с мякотью)

  8. На готовый пирог выложить очищенные мандарины и залить желатиновой смесью

  9. Поставить пирог в холодильник на 3-4 часа до застывания

  10. Аккуратно достать из формы и порезать на кусочки. Приятного аппетита!
