ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

6–7 средних картофелин
2 средние морковки
6 маринованных огурцов
8 яиц
1 банка (400 г) консервированного зеленого горошка
1 банка (250–300 г) камчатских крабов
1 зеленое яблоко
майонез
соль

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Сварите вымытые щеткой картофель и морковь в мундире до готовности. Остудите под холодной водой, очистите и нарежьте кубиками со стороной 1 см. Слегка сбрызните рассолом от маринованных огурцов.

Сварите яйца вкрутую, остудите под проточной холодной водой, очистите и измельчите. Маринованные огурцы при необходимости очистите, нарежьте кубиками со стороной 1 см.

Смешайте все подготовленные продукты, немного полейте соком от крабов, посолите и заправьте майонезом. Дайте настояться перед подачей минимум 1 ч.
