Мука 220 гр
Какао 30 гр

Разрыхлитель 10 гр

Шоколад 100 гр
Растительное масло 3 ст.л
Орехи по вкусу

Основные ингредиенты
Орехи, Какао и шоколад

Приготовление:

Просеиваем муку, какао, разрыхлитель. Добавляем масло, воду и сахар, все перемешиваем. Выливаем тесто в форму (можно застелить пергаментом) силиконовую или стеклянную. Ставим в микроволновку на 3 минуты, проверяем лучинкой. Если влажная, оставляем еще на 3 минуты. Мощность моей микроволновки – 900 ватт, если у вас больше понадобится 3-5 минут. Вынимаем пирог из формы и перевернуть

Растапливаем шоколад и масло в микроволновке, добавляем орехи. Смазываем пирог. Все готово! Для особо терпеливых, можно убрать пирог на холод и дождаться пока застынет ганаш. Мы редко ждем 😊
