Описание приготовления:
Овощи в этом салате можно варьировать по вкусу и наличию. Брокколи можно заменить на цветную капусту или пекинскую, добавить редис или дайкон, взять разноцветные перцы или добавить слегка обжаренные шампиньоны. Ведь главное в этом салате – ароматная заправка!

Ингредиенты:
Рисовая лапша — 100 Грамм (сухая)
Морковь — 1 Штука
Свежий огурец — 1 Штука
Сладкий перец — 1 Штука
Брокколи — 1 Стакан (нарезанных соцветий)
Перец чили — По вкусу
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Лук зеленый — 2-3 Штук (веточки)
Лайм — 1 Штука
Красный перец — 1 Чайная ложка (можно взять паприку, а можно острый по вкусу)
Начните с соуса. В удобной баночке или миске взбейте с помощью венчика арахисовую пасту комнатной температуры с тертым чесноком, соком половинки лайма, соевым и устричным соусами, рисовым уксусом, сахаром и растительным маслом. Добавьте красный перец и еще раз взбейте.
Овощи тонко нашинкуйте, выложите в большую миску и полейте половиной заправки.
Рисовую лапшу отварите согласно инструкции на упаковке, ополосните ледяной водой, чтобы прекратить процесс варки и хорошо обсушите. Добавьте лапшу к овощам и перемешайте. При необходимости добавьте еще соуса. Посыпьте салат зеленым луком и арахисом. Добавьте перец чили по вкусу.
Разложите салат по порционным салатникам и подавайте к столу.
