ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Пасту отварить до состояния аль-денте (после закипания 7-8 минут), слить воду, вернуть пасту обратно в кастрюлю, добавить масло и перец, перемешать.

Шаг 2

Лук и чеснок почистить, лук нарезать тонкими полукольцами, чеснок мелко порезать и обжарить на растительном масле. Грибы помыть, порезать и добавить к луку с чесноком и жарить на большом огне 10 мин. Потереть сыр. Затем убавить огонь, добавить сливки, после того как сливки закипят, добавить сыр и перемешать, добавить пасту и снова перемешать.

Дать немного настояться и можно подавать порционно. Это очень вкусно! Приятного аппетита!!!!!
