Ароматный и красочный омлет с вялеными помидорами обязательно понравится по вкусу вашим любимым, если вы подадите его к завтраку с чашечкой горячего кофе или чая. Не забудьте и про свежую зелень!
Описание приготовления:
Омлет можно приготовить как из куриных, так и из перепелиных или утиных яиц, используя вяленые помидоры в масле. Если вы будете добавлять в яичную массу молоко или другую жидкость, вливайте не более 50-70 мл., иначе омлет получится очень сочным и распадется на кусочки при выкладывании его из сковороды.

Куриные яйца вбейте в глубокую емкость, всыпьте соль и взбейте в течение 2 минут, но не в пышную пену, просто тщательно перемешайте белки с желтками.
Растительное масло прогрейте в сковороде, уменьшите нагрев до минимального и влейте в емкость взбитую яичную массу.
Выложите вяленые томаты, стряхивая их от ароматного масла.
Промойте петрушку и оборвите листочки со стеблей, выложите их в яичную массу, пока она не стала плотной. По желанию можете и поперчить блюдо, добавить другие специи и пряности по вкусу.
Накройте емкость крышкой и томите омлет примерно 2-3 минуты, пока масса полностью не станет плотной.
Выложите горячий омлет на тарелку и подайте к столу, он утратит свою пышность, но останется идеально вкусным. Источник
