Красочная и аппетитная запеканка идеальна для обеда или ужина. Вы можете подать ее к столу теплой с различными соусами, паштетами, дипами или колбасными изделиями. Чтобы блюдо получилось более вкусным, добавляйте различные специи, пряности или приправы.

Картофель отварной — 2 Штуки
Морковь отварная — 1 Штука
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука
Яйцо куриное — 1 Штука
Шпинат — 1/2 Пучка
Лук репчатый — 1/2 Штуки
Мука пшеничная — 2 Ст. ложки
Сливки 10% — 150 Миллилитров
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 2 Щепотки
Масло растительное — 20 Миллилитров
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Овощная запеканка со шпинатом в сливочной заливке»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Картофель и морковь заранее отварите в течение 25 минут и очистите от кожуры. Эти овощи готовятся дольше всего, поэтому могут остаться сырыми, если их заранее не проварить.
Очистите болгарский перец от семян, срезав крышечку. Промойте внутри и снаружи и нарежьте мелкими кубиками, как и отварной картофель.
Нарежьте такими же кубиками отварную морковь и половинку репчатого лука.
В глубокой емкости взбейте куриное яйцо со сливками, солью, молотым черным перцем и пшеничной мукой высшего сорта. При желании можете добавить немного овощной приправы.
Промойте шпинат, и срежьте стебли. Нарежьте зелень лентами и перемешайте с овощными нарезками. Смажьте форму растительным маслом и выложите в нее все нарезки, разровняйте.
Залейте сверху приготовленной заливкой. Разогрейте духовку до 180 градусов и поместите форму в духовку.
Запеките примерно 25 минут до румяности. Проследите за тем, чтобы низ запеканки не подгорел.
Дайте запеканке слегка остыть, а после подрежьте ее края и дно ножом, выложите ее на доску или тарелку. Нарежьте порционными кусочками и подайте к столу. Особенно вкусна запеканка со сметаной или чесночным соусом. Источник
