Паста со сладким перцем, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

400 г тальятелле или другой длинной пасты
4–5 молодых сезонных перцев (500 г)
4 зубчика чеснока (20 г)
4 большие веточки петрушки или мяты (20 г)
50 г сливочного масла
1 ст. л. растительного масла (15 мл)
соль
свежемолотый черный перец
тертый сыр для подачи

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Поставьте воду в большой кастрюле для пасты на сильный огонь. Сварите пасту, как указано на упаковке, посолив воду.

Шаг 2

Раздавите, очистите и мелко порубите чеснок. На той же доске мелко нарежьте петрушку и мелко порубите все вместе.

Шаг 3

Разрежьте перцы вдоль на четвертинки, удаляя семена, перегородки и плодоножки. Мякоть нарежьте тонкой соломкой.

Шаг 4

В глубокой сковороде на среднем огне нагрейте сливочное масло с растительным, положите перцы, увеличьте огонь до максимального. Жарьте, часто помешивая, 2–3 мин.

Шаг 5

Добавьте чеснок и петрушку, посолите, обжаривайте 1 мин. Перцы должны остаться чуть хрустящими. Добавьте пасту и примерно половину половника воды из кастрюли. Доведите до кипения и сразу же подавайте, посыпав сыром.
