Печень с картофелем в горшочке

Простое, но в то же время очень вкусное блюдо для всей семьи. Печень можно взять любую, но нежнее получается с куриной. Прекрасное разнообразие повседневного меню!

Описание приготовления:

Приготовить печень с картофелем в горшочке очень просто, а весь этап подготовки занимает совсем немного времени. Количество овощей или печени можете варьировать по своему вкусу. А для ценителей сливочного вкуса, порекомендую воду заменить на молоко или сливки с малым процентом жирности. Конечно такое блюдо можно приготовить и на плите, но согласитесь, в горшочке будет намного вкуснее!

Вода — 300 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Печень с картофелем в горшочке»

Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Печень заранее разморозьте если необходимо.

В сковороде разогрейте масло. Выложите нарезанные произвольно лук и морковь. Посолите и добавьте специи по вкусу.

Следом добавьте промытую и нарезанную небольшими кусочками печень.

Обжарьте печень с овощами в течение 3 минут.

Картофель очистите и нарежьте средними кусочками.

Соедините печень с овощами и картофелем. Перемешайте и выложите в горшочек.

Добавьте лавровый лист и измельчённый чеснок. Отрегулируйте на соль, добавьте воду и закройте горшочек крышкой. Запекайте в духовке при температуре 180 градусов около 50 минут. Готовность картофеля проверяйте ножом.

Печень с картофелем в горшочке готова. В процессе образуется вкуснейший бульон, а блюдо получается ароматное и сытное.
