Салат «Фиеста»

Предлагаю вашему вниманию аппетитный, сытный, вкусный и праздничный салат "Фиеста". Основные ингредиенты, которые задают вкус — куриное филе и консервированные ананасы. Обязательно попробуйте!

Описание приготовления:

Куриную грудку для салата можно как отварить, так и запечь. Мне нравится результат в обеих вариантах. Добавим свежий огурец и шампиньоны, для заправки используем майонез. Подавать салат можно смело на праздничный стол. Я уверена, сочетание вкуса понравится многим, поэтому, готовьте салат с удовольствием!

Птица / Курица / Фрукты / Ананас

Ингредиенты:

Куриное филе вареное — 200 Грамм
Куриные яйца — 1 Штука
Огурцы свежие — 1 Штука
Ананасы консервированные — 100 Грамм
Шампиньоны — 200 Грамм
Майонез — 50 Грамм
Масло растительное — 30 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Количество порций: 2

Как приготовить «Салат "Фиеста"»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Шампиньоны вымойте и просушите, после нарежьте грибы небольшими кусочками.

Сковороду разогрейте, влейте растительное масло и выложите грибы. Жарьте 4 минуты, помешивая.

Вареное филе нарежьте небольшими кусочками.

Куриное яйцо отварите вкрутую, очистите и нарежьте небольшими кубиками.

Консервированные ананасы нарежьте небольшими кубиками.

Свежий огурец вымойте и просушите, нарежьте кубиками.

Сложите все ингредиенты в салатник, добавьте майонез, соль и перец по вкусу. Перемешайте все и подавайте салат к столу.
