Чечевица — 110 Грамм (красная)
Цветная капуста — 110-120 Грамм (замороженная)
Бекон сырокопченый — 60 Грамм (или варено-копченный)
Картофель — 3-4 Штук (среднего размера)
Помидоры — 2 Штуки (замороженные или свежие)
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Суп из чечевицы с цветной капустой»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты.
В 2,5 литрах воды сварите бульон из говядины. Процедите. Мясо снимите с кости.
Чечевицу промойте, залейте водой и оставьте на 30 минут.
Бекон нарежьте помельче. Обжарьте до прозрачности.
К обжаренному бекону добавьте нарезанный мелким кубиком репчатый лук. Обжарьте в течение 5-7 минут. Если бекон суховат, подлейте пару столовых ложек растительного масла.
Цветную капуту нарежьте помельче и отправьте в сковороду к луку с беконом. Обжарьте в течение 5-7 минут помешивая.
С помидоров снимите кожицу, нарежьте мелким кубиком. Добавьте в сковороду. Обжаривайте в течение 5-7 минут помешивая.
В кастрюлю с бульоном опустите разрезанные пополам клубни картофеля. Варите в течение 25 мнут до готовности.
Когда картофель сварится, разомните его толкушкой. Добавьте чечевицу.
Добавьте обжаренные овощи с беконом. Включите средний огонь, варите 15 минут.
За 3 минуты до окончания добавьте нарезанную зелень. Накройте крышкой. После выключите огнь и дайте настояться в течение 20 минут.
