  1. сливочное масло 20 г
  2. мука 20 г
  3. сахар 20 г

  • Основные ингредиенты
    Слоеное тесто

  • Порционность
    4 порции

Приготовление:


Смешать творог, сахар и щепотку соли.
Взбить 1 яйцо. Половину добавить к творогу.
Перемешивать до однородности.
Для посыпки смешать сливочное масло, муку и сахар.
Перетереть руками в крошку.
Раскатать слой теста в одном направлении.
Разделить его на три части, сделав небольшие надрезы, но не прорезая тесто до конца.
В боковых частях сделать разрезы до диагонали. Убрать лишнее тесто.
На центральную часть выложить творожную начинку.
Сформировать плетенку.
Переложить плетенку на противень, застеленный пергаментной бумагой.
Смазать взбитым яйцом. Посыпать подготовленный крошкой.
Отправить в духовку, разогретую до 180°С, на 25-30 минут.
По желанию, украсить ягодами.
