Профитроли с куриной печенью

Очень мягкие, сытные и вкусные профитроли приготовьте с куриной печенью. Подавать их можно к чаю или просто как порционную закуску. Дополнительно внутри их можно смазать майонезом или сыром.

Описание приготовления:

Подавать готовые профитроли к столу можно сразу же после приготовления. Если вы не любите лук, тогда исключите его из перечня ингредиентов. Вместо куриной печени подойдет любая другая.

Яйцо куриное — 2 Штуки
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Соль — 1/4 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 80 Грамм
Печень куриная — 200 Грамм
Вода — 0,5 Стакана
Мука — 1 Стакан

Как приготовить «Профитроли с куриной печенью»

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

В воду выложите сливочное масло и растопите его.

Всыпьте соль и муку.
