Новый 2021 год пройдет под покровительством Белого Быка, поэтому салаты можно оформить в виде символа года. Предлагаю приготовить салат "Бычок на лугу" к Новому году.
Описание приготовления:
Салат простой, но очень вкусный! Аналогичным образом можно украсить любой любимый салат, и он несомненно станет достойным украшением новогоднего стола. Яркий, красивый, с тематическим оформлением, все ваши родные и гости будут в восторге! Берите рецепт на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Капуста — 150 Грамм
Помидор — 1 Штука (можно заменить на черри)
Яйцо — 3 Штуки (2 — в начинку и 1 — для украшения)
Кукуруза консервированная — 180 Грамм
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Майонез — 3 Ст. ложки
Зелень — 1 Пучок (любая)
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 4-6
Как приготовить «Салат "Бычок на лугу"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Капусту тонко нашинкуйте, добавьте щепотку соли и хорошо помните руками, чтобы она стала мягче.
Яйца сварите вкрутую. Одно яйцо оставьте для украшения, а оставшиеся очистите, нарежьте кубиками и добавьте к капусте.
Помидоры нарежьте кубиками.
Добавьте кукурузу, предварительно слив с нее жидкость, майонез и пропущенный через пресс чеснок.
Посолите и поперчите салат по вкусу. Перемешайте.
Выложите салатик в тарелку ровным слоем.
Сверху салат посыпьте мелко нарезанной зеленью. Зелень подойдет любая, у меня петрушка.
Для украшения салата с одной стороны яйца отрежьте часть побольше, с другой — поменьше. Из белка вырежьте ушки, рога и ротик. Выкладываем мордочку быка: большую часть белка, сверху — меньшую, под большей частью — выступающий ротик и веточки петрушки. Глазки вставьте из горошин чёрного перца, выложите ушки и рога. Кетчупом смажьте уши, и точками сделайте носик. Салат украсьте по краю раскрошенным желтком от яйца, цветочки можно вырезать из моркови или помидора.
