Салат с языком и баклажанами подают, как правило, в теплом виде, но можно есть и в холодном. Язык подойдет как говяжий, так и свиной. Только говяжий требует более длительной тепловой обработки. Салат готовится очень быстро, при условии, что вы заранее сварите язык. Блюдо сочное, сытное и очень вкусное. Вполне может заменить второе в обед.

Как приготовить «Салат из языка с баклажанами»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления салата с языком и баклажанами.
Язык выложите в кастрюлю и залейте водой. Доведите до кипения, воду слейте и залейте язык свежей водой. Добавьте соль по вкусу и лавровый лист.
Варите язык до мягкости 1,5-2 часа. У меня был свиной. Горячий язык достаньте из кастрюли и обдайте ледяной водой. После этого снимите шкурку. Язык для салата готов.
