Треска с фенхелем и томатами, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

треска свежая, филе 800 г
лук репчатый крупный 1 шт.
фенхель свежий, крупный вилок 1 шт.
томаты в собственном соку без кожицы 200 г
лук шалот 1 шт.
томаты Черри 100 г
сливочное масло 10 г
топленое масло 40 г
оливки зелёные, без косточки 100 г
зелёный лук, пучок

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Из филе рыбы извлечь кости, нарезать на порционные куски шириной в 4 пальца ладони. Стеклянную или керамическую форму смазать сливочным маслом, равномерно выложить рыбу. Разогреть духовку до 200’C.

Шаг 2

Из фенхеля вырезать кочерыжку, листья нарезать поперёк на кусочки о,5 см толщиной. Очистить репчатый лук и лук шалот, нарезать небольшими кубиками. В сковороде с толстым дном распустить топлёное масло. Пассеровать лук до прозрачности, постоянно помешивая. Добавить фенхель, перемешать, убавить нагрев, тушить около 10 минут под закрытой крышкой. Добавить томаты в собственном соку, перемешать, посолить, тушить ещё около 5 минут. Добавить нарезанный кусочками зелёный лук. Нарезать оливки пополам, добавить к тушеным овощам. Тушить овощи 5 минут под закрытой крышкой.

Шаг 3

Равномерно выложить шубку из овощей на рыбу, сверху красиво разложить помидоры Черри, поставить форму в духовку. Запекать 18-20 минут. Приятного аппетита!

Очень вкусно добавить в тушеные овощи сок половины лимона.
