Ингредиенты:
Фасоль стручковая — 100 Грамм
Кукуруза консервированная — 100 Грамм
Сухарики — 100 Грамм (любые)
Лук — 1/2 Штуки
Майонез — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Перец чёрный молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Салат из стручковой фасоли и кукурузы»
Фасоль отварите в подсоленной воде в течение 5-7 минут, после чего откиньте на сито.
Переложите фасоль в глубокую миску, и добавьте сухарики. Подойдут как сухарики типа "Кириешки" с любым вкусом, так и домашние с добавлением соли и специй.
Затем добавьте консервированную кукурузу без жидкости.
Лук нарежьте перьями или кубиками, ошпарьте кипятком и добавьте к остальным ингредиентам. Салат посолите и поперчите по вкусу.
Добавьте майонез и перемешайте. Салат из стручковой фасоли и кукурузы готов.
