Тем, кто любит вкусные салаты из зелени и овощей, можно предложить приготовить легкий перекус или ужин из шпината и сельдерея, дополняя блюдо отварным куриным яйцом. Майонез заменяйте сметаной.
Описание приготовления:
Если вы против вкуса лука в салате, то заранее замаринуйте его в уксусе или залейте кипятком — жидкость удалит луковую горечь. Можно заменить красный лук зеленым или белым, по вашему вкусу. Тем, кто обожает пикантные вкусы, можно порекомендовать чесночный майонез или соус для заправки.

Салаты
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Куриное яйцо отварите заранее и остудите. По желанию вы можете заменить его тремя перепелиными яйцами.
Пучок шпината разберите в руках и промойте в воде каждый лист. Срежьте стебли, и нарежьте листья тонкими лентами. Выложите нарезку в салатник.
Сельдерей промойте в воде, нарежьте мелкими кусочками, срезая корни. Добавьте в емкость к шпинатной нарезке.
Очистите красный лук от кожуры, промойте в воде и разрежьте пополам. Нарежьте половину полукольцами или кольцами, выкладывая на зелень.
Очистите отварное куриное яйцо от скорлупы, промойте в воде. Выложите на луковую нарезку майонез любой жирности или замените его сметаной, классическим йогуртом. Разрежьте яйцо на четвертинки и выложите в салатник.
Посолите и поперчите блюдо, украсьте свежей зеленью и подайте его к столу. Источник
