Салат "Жёлтый одуванчик" с кукурузой — праздничный салат, который удивит ваших гостей оформлением, нежным вкусом, сочетанием в себе рыбных, овощных ноток и сладостью консервированной кукурузы.
Описание приготовления:
Такой салат довольно популярное и незаменимое блюдо. Однако в варианте, который я предлагаю, его используют для праздничного стола или на семейном торжестве. Состав продуктов очень простой и доступный, времени на приготовление самого салата уходит мало. Однако с оформлением придётся повозиться. Но это стоит того. Гости за столом или ваши домашние по достоинству оценят старания хозяйки. Берите на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Кукуруза консервированная — 150 Грамм
Сардина консервированная — 200 Грамм
Яйцо куриное — 4 Штуки (2 шт. — в салат, 2 шт. — для украшения)
Огурец маринованный — 1 Штука
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука (небольшой)
Майонез — 1 Ст. ложка
Зелень — 20 Грамм (для украшения)
Количество порций: 2-3
Как приготовить «Салат "Желтый одуванчик" с кукурузой»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления салата "Желтый одуванчик" с кукурузой.
Из банки с консервированной кукурузой слейте рассол и кукурузу выложите в миску.
Мелко нарежьте маринованные огурцы и добавьте к кукурузе.
Репчатый лук очистите, помойте, мелко нарежьте и добавьте к остальным ингредиентам в миску.
Достаньте из банки консервированную сардину и слегка размяв вилкой добавьте в миску.
Яйца отварите, охладите, очистите и нарежьте. Выложите в миску яйца и заправьте все ингредиенты майонезом.
По своему желанию откорректируйте салат на соль и поперчите. Я не солила. В майонезе, огурцах и консервах соли с избытком. Хорошо перемешайте.
Переложите салат на тарелку, формируя небольшую горку. Сверху выложите слоем натёртый на терке яичный белок. Бока обсыпьте натёртым яичным желтком. При помощи зелени (петрушки и укропа) выложите одуванчики.
