Варенье из дыни и бананов, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • дыня – 0,75 кг
  • сахар – 0, 8 кг
  • лимон – 2 шт.
  • бананы – 0,4 кг
  • водка – 200 мл

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Промыть дыню, обсушить, порезать на 4 части. Очистить от кожуры, убрать сердцевину, нарезать мелкими кусочками и положить в большой таз вместе с сахаром. Прикрыть полотенцем и оставить на всю ночь.

Шаг 2

После переложить все в глубокую кастрюлю, влить сок 1 лимона, хорошо перемешать. Затем проварить 30 минут на медленном огне.

Второй лимон вымыть, обсушить, нарезать тоненькими кусочками.
