Предлагаю рецепт простого, но вкусного овощного салата. Готовится он из самых доступных овощей, быстро и легко. Салат получается ярким, ароматным и сочным. Он отлично разнообразит повседневное меню.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить салат "Просто и со вкусом". Вместо замороженного зеленого горошка можно взять консервированный. Из овощей также можно добавить сладкий перец.

Огурец нарежьте кружочками. Затем разрежьте их пополам.
Помидоры нарежьте ломтиками среднего размера.
Зелёный замороженный горошек залейте тёплой водой и оставьте на 5 минут.
Капусту мелко нашинкуйте.
Добавьте в миску все остальные овощи. Заправьте салат оливковым маслом, добавьте щепотку сахара и измельченный укроп, посолите и поперчите по вкусу. Все перемешайте.
