Описание приготовления:
Для салата лучше всего брать молодую белокочанную капусту с нежными листочками. Если капуста уже хорошо сформировалась, рекомендую сначала помять ее отдельно до мягкости, и только потом добавлять в миску с салатом. Дайкон очень похож на обычную редиску или зеленую редьку, поэтому смело можно заменить. Моркови и огурца можно добавить больше.
