Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить салат с рукколой, помидорами и авокадо. Авокадо желательно использовать спелый и мягкий, хорошо подойдет сорт "Хасс". Рукколу можно предварительно замочить в холодной воде на полчаса, чтобы она стала более сочной и упругой. Пряная руккола гармонично сочетается с мягким сливочным авокадо и сладкими томатами черри. Готовится салат просто и быстро!
