Вкусное, полезное и малокалорийное блюдо из гребешка в японском стиле, которое легко можно приготовить в домашних условиях. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Описание приготовления:

Идеальное на вкус сашими получается из свежайшего, только что выловленного гребешка, но и из замороженного это блюдо получается не хуже. Если в продаже вам встретится крупный гребешок по хорошей цене, попробуйте приготовить сашими по этому рецепту.

Рыба и морепродукты / Морепродукты / Мидии и гребешки

Ингредиенты:

Гребешки — 120 Грамм
Огурец — 20 Грамм
Редис — 1 Штука
Имбирь маринованный — 10 Грамм
Васаби — 10 Грамм
Лимон — 1 Долька
Соевый соус — 1 Ст. ложка
Петрушка — По вкусу

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Огурец, редис и петрушку помойте и обсушите.

Нарежьте тонкими слайсами огурец и редис, выложите на плоскую тарелку, чередуя овощи.

Гребешки разрежьте пополам одинаковыми кружочками, выложите рядом с овощами. По бокам выложите имбирь и пасту васаби.

Украсьте блюдо листиками петрушки, сбоку выложите ломтик лимона.

Готовое сашими из гребешка подавайте с соевым соусом. Приятного аппетита!
