Необычная подача известного салата заинтригует ваших гостей и каждый захочет попробовать такое красочное блюдо. Обязательно маринуйте луковую нарезку перед добавлением в салат.
Описание приготовления:
На новогоднем столе такой салат будет смотреться наиболее привлекательно, если вы его украсите сеточкой из майонеза, нарисовав снежинку или другой новогодний узор. Приобретайте майонез в мягком пакете и срезайте маленькую часть уголка, чтобы соус выдавливался тонкой линией.

Ингредиенты:
Сельдь слабосоленая — 150 Грамм (пресервы)
Морковь — 1 Штука (отварная)
Картофель — 2-3 Штук (отварной)
Свекла — 1-2 Штук (отварная)
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Майонез — 3 Ст. ложки (любой жирности)
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Вода — 100 Миллилитров
Уксус яблочный — 2 Ст. ложки
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Сельдь под куполом»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Заранее отварите овощи в течение 40 минут и остудите их в ледяной воде. Счистите кожуру.
Репчатый лук очистите от кожуры, промойте и нарежьте мелким кубиком. Всыпьте нарезку в глубокую емкость и залейте водой с уксусом. Оставьте на 5-10 минут. За это время нарезка утратит горечь, станет сочной и сладковатой на вкус.
Отдельно в каждую емкость натрите отварные овощи на терке с мелкими ячейками, промывая терку после каждого овоща. Если свекла сочная, то слейте из натертой массы жидкость, чтобы салат не "потек"!
Всыпьте соль и выложите майонез, перемешайте каждую массу.
Глубокую емкость округлой формы застелите пищевой пленкой и выложите в нее свекольный слой — он будет сверху.
На свекольный слой выложите морковный слой. Если вы готовите салат с отварными куриными яйцами, то их измельченную массу выкладывайте после морковного слоя.
Затем выложите картофельный слой. На него — отжатую от маринада луковую нарезку.
Нарежьте кубиками ломтики слабосоленой сельди и выложите их на слой лука. Слой сельди должен быть последним.
Накройте емкость тарелкой, на которой будет салат. Переверните дном вверх и аккуратно потяните за края пищевой пленки — салатный купол сам выпадет на тарелку.
Поместите блюдо в холодильник на полчаса для пропитывания, а после украсьте салат сеточкой из майонеза.
