Ароматная и наваристая шурпа с помидорами согреет лучше любого напитка, если вы подадите ее на обед или ужин горячей — баранину едят только в горячем виде. Суп готовят только из баранины или говядины!
Описание приготовления:
Шурпа дегустируется только горячей и обжигающей, в тарелку взрослым можно добавить стручок горького маринованного перца чили, детям — сметану любой жирности или густой йогурт без добавок, классический. В холодном виде блюдо невкусное — бараний жир становится плотным.

Баранина — 0,7 Килограмма (ребра)
Картофель — 2-3 Штук
Морковь — 1 Штука
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Помидор — 1-2 Штук
Чеснок зеленый — 2-3 Штук (стебля)
Лавровый лист — 4-5 Штук
Петрушка — 0,5 Пучка
Укроп — 0,5 Пучка
Вода — 1,7 Литра
Соль — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Перец черный молотый — 2-3 Щепоток
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Шурпа с помидорами»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Корнеплоды очистите, промойте в воде.
Баранину промойте в воде, тщательно удалите пленки, которыми богато такое мясо. Нарежьте его на части и выложите в казан. Добавьте лавровые листья, соль.
Влейте теплую воду и поместите емкость на плиту. Доведите до кипения и удалите образовавшуюся пену. Убавьте нагрев и варите мясо примерно 1 час.
Затем нарежьте промытые корнеплоды крупными кубиками и добавьте в емкость. Вода должна выкипеть примерно на треть.
Промойте помидор и вырежьте зеленую сердцевинку. Нарежьте крупными кусочками и добавьте в емкость. Варите суп еще 30-40 минут.
За 5 минут до готовности добавьте в емкость измельченную свежую зелень: петрушку, укроп, зеленый чеснок, можно и кинзу, если любите аромат такой зелени в блюдах.
Спустя указанное время выключите нагрев и дайте блюду настояться еще 5 минут. Если вы не добавляли зеленый чеснок, то спрессуйте в емкость очищенный зубчик свежего чеснока и перемешайте.
Выложите горячую шурпу в глубокие тарелки и подайте к столу с хлебными изделиями. Приятного аппетита! Источник
