Скумбрия с брокколи и овощами в духовке — пример сбалансированного меню. Поэтому подойдёт и любителям здорового питания. Готовится блюдо очень просто и экономит массу времени. По сути, нужно просто выложить в рукав для запекания чистую выпотрошенную скумбрию, брокколи и овощи. И можно заниматься своими делами.

Скумбрия — 1 Штука
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Брокколи — 150 Грамм
Подсолнечное масло — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Скумбрия с брокколи в духовке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления скумбрии с брокколи в духовке.
Сделайте надрезы, на порционные кусочки и в них вставьте колечки лука.
Морковь и лук очистите, помойте. Нарежьте морковь и лук произвольно, но не крупно. Брокколи вымойте, разберите на соцветия. Если соцветия крупные, разрежьте пополам.
Выложите овощи в рукав для запекания, посолите, поперчите и добавьте подсолнечное масло. Перемешайте.
Скумбрию посолите изнутри и снаружи. Выложите в рукав к овощам. Закрепите рукав клипсой. Переложите на противень в заранее разогретую духовку до 175-180 градусов на 30-35 минут.
Готовую скумбрию с брокколи переложите на блюдо или на тарелку вместе с овощами. Подавайте к столу в горячем виде. Источник
