Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления сухариков используйте сметану с высоким процентом жирности, она менее кислая и более густая. При желании в смесь из кунжута, мака и сахара вы можете добавить немного корицы или ванильного сахара для аромата.

В небольшой пиалочке смешайте мак, кунжут и сахар.

Нарежьте тонкий багет ломтиками толщиной около 1 сантиметра, лучше тоньше.

Смажьте каждый ломтик жирной сметаной с одной стороны.

Посыпьте слой сметаны смесью из кунжута, мака и сахара, слегка прижмите ее тыльной стороной ложки.

Выложите заготовки на выстеленный пергаментом противень и отправьте в предварительно разогретую до 160 градусов духовку минут на 10 в режиме верхнего и нижнего нагрева. Сухарики должны сушиться и не подгореть, следите за своей духовкой.

Когда верхний слой хорошенько подсушится, сухарики можно подавать к столу. Приятного аппетита!
