Для любителей супов предлагаю приготовить очень вкусный вариант постного супа из колотого гороха и нута. Веганам он тоже должен понравиться.
Описание приготовления:
Состав ингредиентов супа в этом варианте базовый. При желании, чтобы сделать суп гуще и сытнее, можно добавить картофель, свежий помидор порезать для кислоты, а для аромата положить корень петрушки или сельдерея.

Горох колотый — 200 Грамм
Нут консервированный — 200 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика
Приправа овощная — 1 Чайная ложка
Лавровый лист — 1 Штука
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка
Укроп и петрушка — 20 Грамм
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 4-5
Как приготовить «Суп "Два гороха"»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Колотый горох заранее замочите на пару часов. Лук, морковь и чеснок почистите, помойте с перцем и зеленью.
Промойте горох несколько раз, переложите в кастрюлю на 2 литра, залейте большим количеством воды, варите на тихом огне минут 30-40, всыпьте щепотку соды, чтобы горох варился быстрее. Все время собирайте пену, ее будет много.
Разогрейте в сковороде растительное масло, обжарьте на нем нарезанный репчатый лук.
Добавьте измельченную морковь и болгарский перчик, тушите на умеренном огне минут 10. Когда овощи станут полностью мягкими, добавьте чеснок и подержите еще около минуты.
Когда колотый горох будет полностью готов, добавьте в кастрюлю консервированный нут.
Переложите в кастрюлю зажарку, долейте воды до верха, выложите лавровый лист, варите суп около 10 минут. Еще раз соберите всю пену.
Посолите и поперчите суп по вкусу, всыпьте любимую овощную приправу, добавьте нарубленную зелень.
