Предлагаю приготовить тилапию на пару. Блюдо получается очень нежным, вкусным и что немаловажно — диетическим. Для тех кто старается питаться не только здоровой, но и вкусной пищей, этот рецепт будет как нельзя кстати.

Описание приготовления:

Готовится тилапия по этому рецепту максимально просто и быстро, рекомендую попробовать. Подавать можно рыбу самостоятельно, со свежими овощами или любым другим гарниром на ваш вкус. Мясо у тилапии очень нежное и сочное. Добавим к нему немного ароматной приправы, соли, польем свежевыжатым соком лимона и получится восхитительное на вкус блюдо, которое можно смело подать к любому столу. Продается тилапия как правило в замороженном виде, покрытая тонкой корочкой льда. Размораживать ее предварительно нет необходимости, достаточно лишь ополоснуть готовое филе теплой водой и обсушить бумажным полотенцем.

1. Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты.

2. Натрите готовое филе тилапии солью и специями, полейте соком лимона. Оставьте рыбу мариноваться на 20-30 минут. Я оставляю филе целым, но по желанию можно разрезать каждое еще на две части. Специи можно использовать любые любимые, у меня уже готовая смесь специально для рыбы в состав которой входят: кориандр, сушеные овощи, куркума, паприка, тимьян и перец.

3. Смажьте контейнер для варки на пару маслом и выложите в один слой маринованную рыбу.

4. Готовьте тилапию после закипания воды не более 15 минут. Я использую мультиварку, установив соответствующий режим. После окончания звукового сигнала тилапия на пару готова.

5. Подавайте рыбу с любым гарниром или соусом, украсив дольками лимона и свежей зеленью. Приятного аппетита!
