Если вы решили немного похудеть или же следите за своим питанием, предлагаю сегодня приготовить томатный суп с сельдереем для похудения. Суп очень легкий, благодаря сельдерею ароматный и насыщенный.

Описание приготовления:

Помимо основы добавим в суп капусту, немного моркови, паприку. Томат выбирайте вкусный, в идеальном варианте использовать домашний томат. Подавать суп к столу нужно сразу. Такой вариант супа готовить лучше на один раз. Попробуйте рецепт, уверена, ваша фигура вас приятно отблагодарит.

Сельдерей сполосните и просушите, нарежьте полосками.

Морковь очистите и нарежьте брусочками.

Капусту сполосните, верхние листья удалите. Нашинкуйте капусту полосками.

Помидоры сполосните и нарежьте кубиками среднего размера.

Сложите овощи в кастрюлю и залейте водой и томатным соком, добавьте специи по вкусу.

Варите суп 30-35 минут. В конце приготовления отрегулируйте вкус под себя.
