Ингредиенты:
Тыква — 250 Грамм
Водка — 250-300 Миллилитров
Корица — 1 Штука (палочка)
Гвоздика — 3-4 Штук
Ванильный экстракт — 1 Чайная ложка
Мускатный орех — 1 Щепотка
Вода — 250 Миллилитров
Сахар — 200 Грамм
Количество порций: 6
Как приготовить «Тыквенный ликер»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Очистите тыкву от кожуры и семечек, измельчите блендером в пюре.
В кастрюле вскипятите воду, добавьте сахар. Доведите до кипения и варите 4-5 минут. Пенку снимайте.
Добавьте тыквенное пюре, снова доведите до кипения, постоянно помешивая.
Затем добавьте все пряности, перемешайте. Варите тыквенное пюре примерно полчаса, периодически перемешивайте. Потом снимите с плиты, накройте крышкой и дайте постоять 20 минут.
Процедите тыквенное пюре через сито и 2-3 слоя марли.
Соедините тыквенное пюре и алкогольную основу.
Перелейте в чистую стерилизованную бутылку, закройте и уберите на 3-4 дня в холодильник.
